Returns/Refunds

Contact us if you would like to make a return, we gladly accept return within 30 days of receiving your package. We will provide you with return instructions. You may choose any method to ship back the return at your expense. Once we received the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method ONLY. Please note, international shipping cost is non-refundable unless the package was LOST during transit.

Item(s) need to be in its original condition, any damaged items will not be accepted. Earrings that have been worn are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons. We reserved the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy. We do not hold any responsibility if the return is lost during transit.

Lost or damaged parcels

Although we always keep track of our shipments, we sometimes missed notice of the delays. At the same time, you see what we see about the tracking but feel free to send a message to us at any time when you think the tracking does not seem accurate.

Returned mail

All packages that are “Returned to Sender” will be automatically refunded with a 20% restocking fee deducted. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Order. Please double-check the address is correct before checking out. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. For that reason, we will not be sending any replacements.

Customs and Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply to their country's borders.
